Submission Specifications & Guidelines
Q: What are the video export format specifications required for submission?
A: All entries must be submitted in MOV or MP4 format, with a maximum file size of 1GB.
Q: Is there a limit on the number of students in a group?
A: There is no limit on group size. However, only five students from the finalist team will receive complimentary invitations to the awards show.
Q: Can students work individually, or must they be in a group?
A: Students may work individually or in a group.
Q: Is there a limit on the number of students participating per school/division?
A: There is no limit on the number of students who can participate from a school or division.
Q: Is there an entry fee for the competition?
A: No, there are no entry fees to participate.

- Each entry may be submitted to one category only.
- Entries that are 120 seconds (2 minutes) or longer must include an end slate (10 seconds in length) with legible text displaying, at a minimum, the producer’s name, phone number, or address. Example: Waipahu Elementary School, (808) 675-0150.
- Categories with five or fewer entries may not compete unless approved by the category sponsor or program director. If necessary, submissions will be placed in a similar category.
