Our Media Service Centers (MSCs) are fully equipped with media production, editing, and studio recording capabilities. Our personalized approach to customer service places you and your creative goals first. Based on your needs and interests, we do our best to match you with the services, resources, and tools you need to turn your production ideas into reality.
As a community hub, our training centers are also available to nonprofit organizations and community groups in need of a meeting space. Like community media, providing a safe place for people to gather, discuss, and organize also facilitates civic engagement on multiple levels.
Each media center is as unique as the communities they serve. Hours of operation, media training and open house orientation schedules may vary by location, but our commitment to amplifying local voices is constant. We invite you to visit an MSC near you to learn more.
COVID-19 Update: At ‘Ōlelo, we are doing our best to continue to provide services and resources to the community during these difficult times.
Our DOE campus locations are not currently open to the public, and all Media Service Centers are operating out of our 1122 Māpunapuna Street location until further notice. Hours of operations for all Media Service Centers are Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
We have also transformed our services to practice proper social distancing. Equipment reservations and program submissions now take place outside the facility and by appointment only. Appointments to be made at least 24 hours in advance, and a facial covering is required for all face-to-face interactions.
Out of an abundance of caution for the health of our members and staff, Mini Studio and Editing services are unavailable until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you have any questions, please contact your Media Service Center. The most effective way to contact us is by email.
We look forward to seeing you in our centers again soon.
