Sometimes clearing your browser Cache can clear up problems with buttons and form fields. Upload and playback speeds depend on your home internet connection. For further assistance, call our Media Service Centers.
Is there a file size limit or limit on number of submissions?
Yes, we have a 15gb file size limit per file and we recommend not having more than 10 files that are Pending Approval as we have limited cloud space.
