In the Program Title box, create a unique name describing this episode or program. You will also need to make this the name of your Video File before you upload it so it can be identified for processing.
Program Type space Project ID Number space Program Title space TRT space Series Premiere Date (if applicable)
It will look like this: SP 54321 Living 5830 or like this if you have a Series: SE 12345 My Episode 2830 3-11
Note: Your Program Title needs to match your Video File Name. Do not include symbols or punctuations as they will cause errors on our broadcast servers. Normal capital letters, spaces and dashes (-) are fine.
Both your Program Title and Video File Name must match. We recommend starting with your video file and naming it in the following format:
Program Type space Project ID Number space Program Title space TRT space Series Premiere Date (if applicable)
For a Special the name would look like this: SP 123456 My First Episode 2830 or if you have a series: SE 123456 My First Episode 2830 615
Once your video file is named correctly (and you have met the technical specifications), in ‘Olelo’s Member Database (MCM), navigate to Projects>Submit Program and Upload Video. In the Program Title Field, enter (or copy/paste) the same name you used for your video filename. The Program Title and Video File Name must match so that they can be properly identified for processing.
Do not include symbols or punctuation except a period (.), dash (-) or space.
