Update 9/14/21

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, ʻŌlelo Community Media has adjusted policies to protect the health and safety of you and our staff. Effective September 15, 2021, all members, volunteers, and guests doing business with ‘Ōlelo Community Media over the age of 12 will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to entering an ʻŌlelo facility.  If a visitor has not been vaccinated or refuses to disclose their vaccination status, ʻŌlelo can arrange outdoor curbside services limited to the following:

  • Checking equipment in/out
  • Dropping off programs
  • Administrative paperwork

For Mini Studio and editing service alternatives, please speak with your Media Service Center Manager.

Upon each entry, your physical CDC-issued vaccination card, or a photo of the card on a mobile device, or the digital SMART Health card are acceptable forms of proof of vaccination. “Fully Vaccinated” is considered 14 days from final injection. A government issued ID will also be required.

We will continue to follow strict and frequent sanitization procedures. At all times, everyone (staff and visitors) is required to:

  • Wear a facial covering over your nose and mouth. Face shields are allowed in addition to a facial covering.
  • Maintain appropriate social distancing.

Because of the fluidity of the situation, new updates will be sent out via email or on social media. Updates of our COVID-19 policies can also be found at olelo.org/Covid19. Download our new mobile app from the App Store or Google Play to stay informed on the latest happenings. We want to emphasize that we are always here to help.
